National youth day Celebration & Liturgy Training Program

National Youth Day celebration in our parish today Sunday August 13, 2023 and training program for conducting the liturgy.

The parish ICYM unit today celebrated the National Youth day in a concelebrated high Mass. Rev Fr Cyril Lobo, Director Divya Jyothi, the Diocesan centre for Bible, Catechism and liturgy was the main celebrant. Stressing on the importance of the Holy Eucharist he exhorted every parishioner to be a living tabernacle for Christ.

Fr Jerome Monteiro, Parish Priest celebrated his birthday today and the parishioners wished him on his special day.

Fr Cyril Lobo conducted an effective training program for the parishioners on conducting liturgy in the right way. Parishioners participated in the training program enthusiastically. The program was organised by the commission for liturgy.

Fr Pascal Menezes, and Mrs Cynthia Pinto organised the program.
