Journey of Fatima Mai enters Nithyadar Ward.

The journey of the revered statue of Our Lady of Fatima Mai as it visited already six wards, bringing spiritual enrichment and community bonding. To welcome and receive the Fatima Mai Statue to the seventh Ward, Nithyadar Ward people gathered along with St. Sabastian Ward people at the residence of Mr & Mrs. Richard Celestine Mendonca at 4.30 pm. Around 30 ward members were present. Host family welcomed both the Ward Gurkars (Mr. Ashok Castelino of Nithyadar Ward & Mrs. Leena Correa of St. Sabastian Ward) and the ward members. After the prayers, Rosary and the refreshments they have handed over the statue to Mr. Benedict Lobo of Nithyadar Ward. Mrs. Leena Correa thanked her ward members for helping hand and the cooperation during the journey of Fatima Mai to all her ward members’ house. With the procession we have taken the Fatima Mai Statue to Mr. Fredrick Benedict Lobo of Nithyadar Ward from the Residence of Richard Celestine Mendonca of St. Sabastian ward.
