Adoration of the RYC Cross

The journeying RYC Cross was handed over to our parish from St Joseph Parish, Belman in the evening of August 30, 2025 and the same was received at the gate by Rev Fr Jerome Monteiro, Parish Priest on behalf of the ICYM unit and YCS unit of the parish. Mr Darren Andrade, President ICYM and Mr Joswin Aranha, President YCS honoured the Holy Cross with flowers.The Cross was taken on a procession to the church and laid on the altar for adoration. Rec Fr Oswald Vaz, Asst. Parish Priest St Joseph Church, Belman, Mrs Lidwin Aranha, ICYM animator, President and members from Belman ICYM unit were present.Fr Pascal Menezes, Sr Jessy Joseph SSpS, superior, Kripalaya Convent, Sr Veronica SSpS , Mrs Cynthia Pinto, secretary of parish council, Mrs Jyothi Aranha, YCS animator were present and assisted the program. This program is a joint venture of parish ICYM and YCS units.
