Culmination of the year-long journey of faith formation.

Faith in the Catholic Church, it’s teaching and understanding the Word of God through the Catechism classes to lay a strong foundation for faith formation is the ultimate objective of learning catechism said Rev Fr Jerome Monteiro, Parish Priest. He was preaching a homily addressing the children, teachers and faithful gathered. He appreciated the service rendered by the teachers in imparting faith education for the parish children.

Fr Pascal Menezes joined concelebration and wished all the children happy days ahead and all the good for the upcoming school examination.

Prizes were presented to the children for higher marks in the catechism exam and regular attendance. Teachers were also honoured for their efforts.

Mrs Jyothi Aranha and Master Joswin Aranha were honoured for being elected as Deanery Animator and Deanery president of YCS respectively and wished all good.

Members of PPC, Sr Jessy Joseph SSpS, Superior, Kripalaya Convent, Sr Janet Rego, SSpS, and Mrs Violet Lobo, Coordinator for Catechism were present.
