The youth convention of Udupi diocese was held at st Mary’s School grounds, kannarpady, udupi on October 09, 2022. The program aimed at concientising the youth under our different deanaries and providing them a platform to showcase their talents. The entire event and the prominent speaches were focused towards enlightening the youth towards a focused leadership and self growth through the philosophy of service.

On the occasion our parish youth participated in various cultural events and served as volunteers at different levels. Mr. Jeevan Lobo of our unit was felicitated during the programme for his services for the youths at Shirva Deanary.
It was amazing to note that the shirva Deanary was conferred with the EMERGING DEANERY 2K22 award for the highest number of members participating amounting to a total of 97 youths.

We thank the directors, animators, presidents and other office bearers and members of ICYM units under Shirva Deanary for the co-opertation, collaboration and support extended for the success of the convention. Our Deanary had put up an exemplary cultural program which was applauded by every one.
Special thanks to ICYM units of Shirva, Belman, Mukamar, Pamboor, Mudarangadi and Pangla for joining hands in a stronger way.
