November 02, 2026

All Soul’s Day was commemorated with much devotion and prayers to departed souls. Both cemeteries were blessed in the morning and evening after the Holy Mass.

Preaching a vibrant homily Fr Ferdinand Gonsalves, the Parish Priest said everyone should be pure before we meet God in heaven; hence in this process the departed needs our prayers. He offered special prayers for the departed Parish Priests, religious and faithful who have gone ahead of us serving the Parish and each of us in our respective families.

A candle lit procession was held during the evening mass and prayers were held in the new cemetery.

Parishioners were present in large numbers.
