November 14, 2021: Prelude to the Parish Feast celebrations to be celebrated in the following week, Confraternity Sunday popularly named as ‘Compri Feast’ was celebrated with dedication and religious gaiety.
The traditional Confraternity Sunday was observed with a High Mass and Eucharistic devotion at the our church on 14th November 2021 at 4.00 pm.
Rev. Fr Pascal Menezes, Resident Priest of our Church was the main celebrant along with Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro, PP of our Church and Rev. Fr. Rajesh SVD, Rev. Fr. Arun Dmello and deacon Arnold Mathias.
Confraternity day is a day to celebrate the brotherhood between the Parishioners. Fr. Pascal Menezes in his homily explained the importance of celebrating this day and also narrated how to live a lovable life. Adoration was held at the end of the ceremony.
November 16, 2021:
Vespers was observed on 16th November 2021 the eve of Annual Feast of our church. The vespers ceremony started at 7:00PM. Rev. Fr. Ronald Miranda Parish Priest of Mundkur was the main celebrant along with other priests from Shirva deanery and friendly and guest priests. Almost 20 priests celebrated along with main priest. Rev. Fr. Ronald Miranda during homily explained about the impact of Word of GOD on our daily life.
Our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro thanked the priests who took part in the ceremony. The ceremony ended at 8:30PM. The church premises were lit up by using RGBW LED Lights which highlighted the celebration. ICYM unit organized stall and conducted various games.
