Missionary Day of Children celebrated at our Church
The Missionary Children Association (MCA) was founded in France in 1843 by Bishop Charles de Forbin Janson. Its motto, ‘Children Helping Children’ awakens the missionary spirit of prayer and generous sacrifice in all the children of the world, leading them to share both spiritual and material resources.
Holy Mass was held on 13th February, Sunday at 8.00 am. Priests and children’s entered the church with a procession from the main entrance. Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Pascal Menezes along with Parish Priest Rev. Fr Jerome Monteiro.
Liturgy was conducted by the children of our Parish.
Rev.Fr. Pascal Menezes asked the children to pray for their parents during the Rosary at their home.
At the end Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro thanked the children and the teachers. Light Refreshment was served to the children after the Mass.
