Catechism Day Celebrated at our Church

Catechism Day was celebrated on Sunday March 6, 2022 at our Church here. The day commenced with a Eucharistic celebration at 8.00 am led by Pernal Born Capuchin Priest Rev. Fr. Anand Castelino and Resident Priest Pascal Menezes along with catechism teachers, children, parents and parishioners. The liturgy was led by the children of our parish. Rev Fr. Pascal Menezes congratulated the students who stood first and second on their respective class catechism Exam and also thanked the teachers for their service. At the end all the children’s were distributed gifts for attending the catechism classes for the whole year and the catechism Exam.  Teachers were too distributed a token of appreciation gifts. Rev. Fr. Pascal Menezes invited Vice President Richard Mendonca to distribute the gifts to the children and Rev. Fr. Anand Castelino to the Teachers.
