Inauguration of the year of Catechism and honouring Sr Pauline Periera SSpS, Superior, Kripalaya Convent, Pernal.

A touching program was organised by the Catechism students and teachers to mark the inaugural of the year of Catechism during the morning mass. The inaugural marked a solemn procession by the students, teachers and parents. Fr Jerome Monteiro, the Parish Priest lit the candles of the students and teachers and wished everyone a meaningful year of learning and experiencing the Lord through Catechism.

Sr Pauline Periera SSpS, Superior,Kripalaya Convent was felicitated for her Golden jubilee of the religious profession in the congregation of the Missionary Sisters – Servants of the Holy Spirit (SSpS).

Fr Pascal Menezes spoke introductory words appreciating the service of the congregation and their sisters in the Parish.

The choir sang melodies to felicitae Sr Pauline and a citation was read and offered to her in her honour. Fr Jerome Monteiro honoured sr Pauline with shawl, flowers and fruits.

Speaking aptly on the occassion Fr Jerome Monteiro wished her good in life and thanked her team for their emolutory contribution to the Parish and the people.

As a response to the felicitation, Sr Pauline expressed her joy over the celebration and thanked everyone who is instrumental in carrying out their mission in the parish.

Ms Cynthia Pinto compered the program and Ms Roselyn Gomes proposed the vote of thanks.
