Passion Sunday Celebrated at our church.

The Passion Sunday was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Pernal to mark the beginning of the Holy Week preceding Easter. Fr Pascal Menezes was the main celebrant. Blessing the palms at the amphy stage in the church premises the congregation marched to the church in procession holding the palms to commemorate the entry of our Lord to the holy city of Jerusalem. Concelebrating the mass Fr Jerome Monteiro, the Parish Priest preached a befitting homily knocking at all spiritual aspects needed to be prepared for celebrating the resurrection of the Lord. The Passion of Christ was read and was reflected. The choir sung the apt hymns to enrich the liturgy.
Mr. Arun DSouza, Vice President of PPC, Mrs Cynthia Pinto, secretary of PPC, Mrs Flavia Dsouza, co-ordinator for the ecclesiastical commissions were present.
