SCC Meet at St. Lawrence Ward

The ICYM members today Sunday, November 20, 2022 attended the SCC prayer meeting at St Lawrence Ward in Mr Norbert Mendonca house near Sooda.
In the beginning the electoral team consisting of Parish Priest Rev. Jerome Monteiro, Fr Pascal Menezes, Mrs Leena D’Souza Secretary for PPC, Mrs Violet Lobo, co ordinator for diocesan 20 commissions, Mr Richard Mendonca, Vice President PPC were present for conducting the election for ward representatives.
Mrs Flavia Mendonca and Mr Bernard D’Souza are elected as representatives. The members gathered congratulated the newly elected representatives and wished them well in the service of the Parish.

The ICYM members prayed along with the ward members, gave reflection on the word of God and sung hymns.

Sr Pauline Pereira SSpS, Superior, Kripalaya Convent was present.

Mr Avil Nazareth, Secretary – ICYM, Mr Larry Mendonca, Treasurer – ICYM, Mr Reevan D’Souza, secretary for sports and culture and Mr Anil Danthy, Animator – ICYM were present in the team.

This is an initiative by the Parish ICYM membrrs to mobilise participation and rejuvinate the new vigour into the SCC’s in the parish.
