Vespers Ceremony observed in our Church.

Pernal: November 15, 2022:

Vespers was observed on 15^th November 2022 on the eve of Annual Feast of our church. The vespers ceremony started at 6:30PM with a Candle March Precession carrying mother Mary charrel across church compound, Exit Gate to Sooda Road and reenter from the main gate to church. Mr. Jerald of Miyar was honored with a garland and a decorated candle and thanked him for  the gift of charrel to the church.  Mass started at 7.00 pm. Rev. Fr. Cyril Lobo was the main celebrant along with other priests from Shirva deanery, friendly and guest priests. Almost 18 priests celebrated along with main priest. Rev. Fr. Cyril Lobo during homily explained about the impact of Word of Mother Mary on our daily life.

Our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro thanked all the priests who took part in the ceremony and also thanked Fr. Pascal for the lyrics and composing the hymns for the church choir. He also wished on behalf Fr. Pascal and him to all the Parishioners, guests and devotees a very happy Feast Vesper. The ceremony ended at 8:15PM. The church premises were lit up with decorative Lights which highlighted the celebration. ICYM unit organized stall and conducted various games.
