YCS ORIENTATION PROGRAM

Orientation Program for YCS students and our parents was held on June 22nd 2025 in our parish.
Our parish priest, Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro, was in this program.
The session was conducted by Rev. Fr. Steevan Fernandes, who explained the aims, objectives, and activities of the YCS movement.
Fr. Steevan highlighted the importance of faith, values, leadership, and social responsibility. He then encouraged the students to grow through the YCS methodology of See, Judge, Act. He also motivated the parents to support their children in becoming active and responsible members of society.
It was good learning experience for both parents and students. We are very grateful to our Parish Priest and Animator for providing us with such enriching experience.
This program started with the prayer song. This was followed by welcome speech by Mr. Joswin Aranha, The President of Ycs Pernal unit . Ms. Alvina Nazereth, member of Ycs Pernal unit took charge as the emcee and the program was concluded with a sincere vote of thanks by Ms. Jenisia Castelino, The Secretary of Ycs Pernal Unit.
