Young Catholic Students – YCS – Master Joswin Aranha from Pernal is Deanery President.

Master Joswin Aranha, son of Mr and Mrs Jyothi and Joseph Aranha from St Joseph Ward was elected as Shirva Deanery President in the elections held at Shirva Parish on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

Fr Jerome Monteiro, Parish Priest has expressed his joy in this special honour to the parish and wished Joswin all good in the mission of the church especially for young catholic students (YCS).

Joswin at present pursues his Pre University studies from Shri Poornaprajna P U College, Udupi.

The parish wishes Joswin good luck and assures support in his work for the Deanery.
