Prelude to the Parish Feast celebrations to be celebrated in the following week, Confraternity Sunday popularly named as ‘Compri Feast’ was celebrated with dedication and religious gaiety.
The traditional Confraternity Sunday was observed with a High Mass and Eucharistic devotion at our church on 13th November 2022 at 3.30 pm.
Rev. Fr. Rev. Fr. Royson Joel Fernandes was the main celebrant along with Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro, PP of our Church and Rev. Fr. Pascal Menezes. Liturgy was conducted by Ward Heads/Representatives. Church Choir sang the hymns which was composed by Resident Priest Fr. Pascal Menezes. Adoration was held after the communion and a procession was taken around the church compound and reentered from the main gate.
Confraternity day is a day to celebrate the brotherhood between the Parishioners. Fr. Royson Joel in his homily explained the importance of celebrating this day and also narrated how to live a lovable life.
