SCC Meeting and Election for new Gurkar held in Nithyadhar Ward

The SCC prayer meeting of Nithyadhar ward was held Sunday March 24, 2023 at Mr. Michael Mathias house. There were 16 families out of 19 families from the ward were present for this prayer meeting. Rev. Fr. Jerome Monterio of our Parish Priest attend the Prayer Meeting. Mr. Michael Mathias Welcomed Parish Priest and the ward members. Anita Mathias compared the SCC meeting. Mrs.Shanti DSouza welcomed Jesus among us. Bible: verses  14, 1-14 was read by Mr. Ashok Castelino  and Mrs. Felcy DSouza.  After listening the bible verses 12 members narrated their feeling from their heart.

As our present Gurkar Mr. Roshan Castelino completed his term So, Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Jerome Monteiro conducted the election for the new Gurkar. Mr. Ashok Castelino elected as new Gurkar for our Ward. He congratulated the New Gurkar and thanked the Old Gurkar for his service to the ward and the parish. All the members welcomed the new Gurkar. Meting was concluded at 5.30pm with a hymn Thanks to God.
